After a successful career expanding over four decades, 35 of those years with a Fortune 50 company, Mr. Castillo founded Alba International Services. During his career he held positions leading resources domestically and internationally in information technology, strategic sales, and consultative sales. He incubated two startups and led two company turnarounds. In the 12 years prior to retirement, he led initiatives in Global Supply Chain Financing, developed new financing products including a ‘de-novo’ innovation that led him to be named as an inventor in a patent (US Patent number 8843410). His was President and Board member of a Connecticut Charter Bank with a portfolio of Small Business Administration (SBA) and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) loans, as well as Export Credit Agency loans to borrowers outside the United States.
