His worldview is shaped by personal experience, including a father whose journey from unemployment to CEO demonstrated the power of resilience, adaptability, and leadership. Growing up across Turkey and Germany, and becoming the first in his family to attend university, Barry brings global perspective and cultural agility to every engagement.
His career includes leading national and international transformations and rebuilding IT organizations through periods of significant change. Despite achieving numerous organizational turnarounds, he considers his own growth his greatest transformation.
