Fractional Leadership

The THG Strategic CIO Catalyst Program gives you one accountable fractional CIO, backed by THG’s bench of 50+ former CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, AI and transformation leaders.

Why THG Is Different

Fractional leadership is a team sport. Most firms give you one person. THG gives you one accountable executive who can draw on the whole bench whenever your business needs it.

• One accountable executive
• The THG executive bench behind them
• Defined outcomes, not hours
• A technology roadmap tied to business goals
• Governance and board reporting
• Specialist support on demand: cybersecurity, AI, ERP, M&A

This Is Right for You If

• Your CIO has left, or you have never had one
• Growth is outpacing your systems and your team
• The board is asking about cyber risk, AI or technology spend
• A major project or transaction needs executive ownership

Your First 90 Days

• Days 1–30, Assess: systems, team, spend, risks and quick wins
• Days 31–60, Plan: roadmap, priorities, budget and ownership
• Days 61–90, Lead: priority work under way, board reporting in place

How the Engagement Works

A defined monthly leadership engagement built around outcomes. We define the engagement with you first; pricing is set once the work is defined. Interim (full-time, short-term) leadership is also available when you need it.
