She has successfully led multi-million dollar software conversions for mortgage lending platforms, mobile apps, and financial services systems across retail banking, mortgage origination/servicing, and wealth management. Her work includes not just technology implementation but also organizational transformation — realigning teams, roles, and processes to consistently deliver value. She has overseen large-scale change programs, including a $52 million workplace transformation across 1,600 technology staff for a major bank, as well as a $4.5 billion retail deposit account conversion. Becky is experienced in global operations, having worked across the U.S., India, Ireland, Mexico, and South America.
