He has supported a data center infrastructure venture in sequencing and implementing critical capabilities such as ERP, CRM, and HCM systems, and developed a growth strategy for a leading electrical and industrial distribution company to expand consulting services and enable digital modernization and IT/OT convergence.

Paul has also served as a Fractional CIO for a biodynamic analysis services firm, helping mature digital capabilities, define a business-aligned technology roadmap, and optimize outsourced IT services. He has led operational turnarounds, including for a new casino venture, where he strengthened IT-business alignment, optimized the operating model, and refreshed talent to improve time-to-profitability. Additionally, he played a key role in guiding a $4B engineered solutions business through an enterprise-wide transformation, driving profitability, global expansion, improved project performance, and expanded digital service offerings.
